This role is a 12-month maternity cover supporting the Joints & Seals business across the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK, based in Geldermalsen, Netherlands.
Role Purpose
The position combines elements of both an HR Business Partner and an hands-on HR Generalist. The successful candidate will act as the primary HR leader for the business, supporting leadership on strategic people initiatives while also managing day-to-day operational HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team to support business objectives and people strategy.
Provide strategic HR guidance and help execute organizational priorities across the Joints & Seals business.
Manage a broad range of operational HR activities, including:
Employee relations and disciplinary matters
Payroll-related activities
HR administration and compliance
Advice on employment legislation, particularly Dutch employment law
General HR support across multiple countries
Support employees and managers across the Netherlands, Germany, and the UK.
