Mid-Level GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the go-to-market team at a developer-focused AI infrastructure startup. You will connect AI engineering teams with solutions to their production challenges, guiding prospects from first conversations through technical demos and successful pilots.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research promising customer segments and build targeted outreach lists with research and automation tools.
- Start conversations with technical decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and warm introductions.
- Lead discovery calls and tailor live demos to each prospect's workflows.
- Define pilot goals, coordinate with engineering, and help customers achieve measurable outcomes.
- Create useful public content, including posts, demo videos, talks, and case studies.
- Track results, automate workflows, and document a repeatable go-to-market playbook.
- Share customer insights with the founding team to inform product and positioning decisions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Two to five years of technical go-to-market experience in founding sales, solutions engineering, developer relations, technical product marketing, or growth at a developer-focused startup.
- Practical familiarity with AI agents and models, the ability to read code, and confidence discussing technical topics with machine learning engineers.
- Experience moving technical buyers from initial contact to signed pilots.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with systems thinking and the initiative to build repeatable processes from scratch.
- Experience using AI tools to automate work; an existing network or audience in the AI engineering community is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 USD annually, plus stock options.
LOCATION
Remote, with the primary location in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
