The AI Assisted Knowledge Management Specialist will support the maintenance and enhancement of knowledge repositories, self-service resources, collaboration platforms, and AI-ready content assets for the Government & Public Services (GPS) Sales Excellence team. This role focuses on improving content discoverability, governance, and lifecycle management through AI-enabled solutions. Responsibilities include managing knowledge repositories, applying metadata and governance standards, configuring SharePoint sites, and supporting the rollout of AI-enabled capabilities such as agents and prompt libraries. The specialist will also track adoption trends, gather user feedback, and collaborate with US and USI stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. Required qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Content Management, or SharePoint Administration, a Master's degree in Business/Management/Technology, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. Candidates must have experience using GenAI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to improve operational efficiency. Preferred qualifications include experience with SharePoint Online administration, Power Platform, and developing AI-enabled solutions such as chatbots or intelligent search experiences. The role is based in Hyderabad with work timings from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM (India Time).
