Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Raipur. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes across various functions and levels. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting and posting job descriptions, managing recruitment channels and databases, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role involves organizing recruitment events, maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable employment regulations. The Recruiter will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes aligned with MIL’s growth and sustainability goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment coordination.
Experience in stakeholder management, including partnering with hiring managers and collaborating with HR teams.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and common job portals or professional networking platforms.
Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical hiring standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Comfort working on-site in Raipur and engaging with diverse candidate and employee groups.
