Role Description The Product & Manufacturing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support product specialists and manufacturing teams in daily operations, including monitoring production activities, collecting data, and assisting in process documentation. Responsibilities include performing basic analysis of product performance, preparing reports, and helping resolve product or manufacturing-related issues. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, support customer-facing teams with product information, and participate in quality checks as needed. This role provides hands-on experience in product lifecycle management, manufacturing processes, and customer-focused support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills related to product support and coordination, including experience or interest in working with Product Specialists and product documentation.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to gather data, interpret trends, and support decisions related to product performance and manufacturing processes.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, prepare clear reports, and convey technical information in an understandable way.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and basic Sales support skills to assist in addressing product-related queries and contribute to customer-focused initiatives.
Relevant qualifications such as ongoing or completed studies in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or related fields are beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and use basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) is preferred.
