DevOps Engineer

Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5–10 Years
We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to take technical ownership of our DevOps infrastructure and help build scalable, secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead the architecture of DevOps infrastructure.
Build, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available systems on Kubernetes.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and optimize servers for improved performance.
Monitor production systems, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
Review and improve existing DevOps processes and introduce new processes where required.
Take ownership of technical challenges and resolve issues independently.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in DevOps infrastructure architecture and system planning.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CNI plugins, such as Calico.
Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio.
Strong knowledge of Linux environments.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
Strong experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Good understanding of firewalls and infrastructure security.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
Good to Have
Knowledge of cloud technologies.
Experience with data storage and distributed systems such as TiKV, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Object Storage, and PostgreSQL.
