TOFAA India is a corporate gifting consultancy and management company headquartered in Pune. Every week we create beautiful gift boxes, hampers and experiences for 150+ enterprise clients across 9 cities, and we want the world to see them.
The Role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to tell TOFAA's story every day. You will create the content that makes companies want to gift with us: products, unboxings, behind-the-scenes, client stories and our founder's voice, across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
What you will do
* Plan a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
* Shoot and edit reels and photos of gift boxes, hampers, packing, deliveries and events
* Write captions, LinkedIn posts, catalogue and website copy, case studies and newsletters
* Manage the founder's LinkedIn presence
* Engage with our community and pass every enquiry to Sales quickly
* Collect testimonials and unboxing content from client orders
* Track what works and share monthly performance reports
