Role Description The Growth Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for identifying and driving opportunities that expand WCA GLOBAL™’s client base and service adoption. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets and SMEs, analyzing growth trends, and supporting strategic initiatives that increase awareness of the company’s ISO and ethical business solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine value propositions, nurturing leads through professional communication, and assisting with online campaigns or outreach activities. The Growth Specialist will track performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and contribute ideas to optimize growth strategies within targeted regions and sectors.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess market data, growth opportunities, and performance metrics.
Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in growth hacking and sales techniques to support lead generation and client acquisition.
Project management skills to coordinate growth initiatives, manage timelines, and follow through on action plans.
Familiarity with ISO standards, quality management, or ethical business practices is highly beneficial.
Experience working in or with SMEs, consulting, or professional services environments is a plus.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
