Create examples, case studies, exercises, and practical demonstrations.
Adapt content for different learner levels and learning formats.

Prepare correct answers, explanations, and assessment rubrics.
Map assessments to the learning objectives they measure.
Review questions for ambiguity, duplicate answers, difficulty, and factual accuracy.
Develop question banks suitable for quizzes, examinations, and revision activities.
4. Practical Assignments & Projects
Create hands-on assignments and real-world case studies.
Develop projects aligned with the skills taught in each course.
Define project objectives, deliverables, submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
Prepare sample solutions or evaluation guidance where appropriate.
Ensure projects demonstrate meaningful learner understanding rather than copied material.
5. Learning Content Research & Quality Assurance

Review content for grammar, clarity, accuracy, originality, and consistency.
Check for plagiarism, outdated information, repeated questions, and unsupported claims.
Ensure all third-party material is appropriately licensed or attributed.

6. Collaboration & Course Improvement
Work with trainers, mentors, subject experts, and program coordinators.
Incorporate feedback from reviewers and learners.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and logically.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Depending on the assignment, you may work with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, learning management systems, assessment platforms, and AI-assisted content tools.
Prior experience with every tool is not mandatory.

Quality of curriculum structure and learning objectives.
Clarity and completeness of lesson materials.
Accuracy of MCQs and answer explanations.
Relevance of practical assignments and projects.
Alignment between content and assessment objectives.
Timely delivery and responsiveness to feedback.

The role may also provide exposure to educational publishing, online course development, academic operations, and learning experience design.
