Job Description
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:
• Nursing quality and patient safety
• Clinical governance and nursing standards
• Manpower planning, productivity and deployment
• Recruitment, retention and leadership development
• Accreditation, compliance and quality indicators
• Patient experience and multidisciplinary care
• Building a strong, accountable nursing leadership team.
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of nursing experience, with significant leadership exposure in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital.
Qualification - B. Sc./M.Sc. Nursing
