Job Description
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:
• End-to-end hospital operations
• Patient flow, service delivery and experience
• Operational efficiency, productivity and cost optimisation
• Coordination across clinical and non-clinical functions
• Capacity utilisation, bed management and throughput
• Quality, compliance and process improvement
• Service excellence across OP, IP, Emergency, OT and diagnostics
• Building strong, accountable operational teams
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience, with significant leadership exposure in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital.
Qualification
An MBA / MHA / postgraduate qualification in Hospital or Healthcare Management is preferred.
