Strategy & Operations Associate, Product Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small, founder-led team at a Series A industrial procurement AI company, working across product, growth, and operations. You will build product-led acquisition strategies and growth loops that help scale a B2B platform for industrial procurement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and build compounding growth loops, such as supplier referrals, community effects, and embedded workflows.
- Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search optimization, turning procurement queries into pipeline.
- Design and ship product-led initiatives that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.
- Run rapid experiments from initial idea through prototype and validation, then scale or pivot based on results.
- Help shape company strategy with the founders while independently owning day-to-day execution.
- Build roadmaps, take ownership of solutions, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to two years of relevant experience in product growth, strategy, or operations, with strong performance in a demanding environment.
- Startup experience or experience working in an equally complex environment, including taking an initiative from zero to scale.
- Hands-on experience building product-led growth initiatives and end-to-end growth loops.
- Practical technical SEO and AI-search optimization experience that supports organic acquisition.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Experience with B2B SaaS growth in industrial procurement or a similar enterprise domain is beneficial.
- Comfort working autonomously, moving quickly, and taking ownership.

LOCATION
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, at least four days per week.
