Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Analyst with knowledge or experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing concepts, strong analytical abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse software requirements and understand application functionality.
Prepare, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Perform manual testing, including functional, smoke, regression, and retesting.
Develop, maintain, and execute basic automated test scripts.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers and team members to investigate and resolve issues.
Maintain testing documentation and communicate test results clearly.
Participate in test planning and contribute to improving testing processes.
Required Skills
Understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC, and STLC.
Knowledge or hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
Basic understanding of automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is an advantage.
Familiarity with Jira or other defect-tracking tools is preferred.
Basic SQL and database testing knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain issues clearly and work effectively within a team.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 0–4 years of relevant experience may apply.
Candidates with practical knowledge, training, or project experience in manual and automation testing are encouraged to apply.
