🔹About the company
Our client is a fast-growing US healthcare company that provides ABA therapy for children with autism. It has grown from 5 to 20 clinics in the past few years, and this new role will be key to supporting that growth.
🔹About the role
You'll report directly to the Controller and own the day-to-day accounting operations across all clinic locations. It's a hands-on role where your work has real impact.
🔹What you'll do
Own monthly bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple locations
Manage accounts payable end-to-end: invoices, coding, approvals, vendor records, and reconciliations
Lead the month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Prepare financial statements, reports, and KPIs
Support payroll runs and payroll tax compliance
Help maintain internal controls and support audits and tax filings
✅What we're looking for
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience working with US-based companies
Hands-on experience with reconciliations, AP, month-end close, and GL
Solid knowledge of US GAAP
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel
Knowledge of payroll administration and internal controls
Strong English communication skills

Experience in multi-site organizations, such as clinic networks, urgent care, or hospital systems
Healthcare industry experience
Experience with Sage, Bill.com, Expensify, or UKG
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
