Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack AI Application Engineer with strong expertise in Python, React, TypeScript, and Generative AI application development. The ideal candidate will build and deploy scalable web applications, AI copilots, intelligent agents, and workflow automation solutions by integrating modern front-end technologies, Python-based backend services, enterprise data platforms, and cloud-based AI services.
The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and production-ready AI-powered applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Build backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Python, FastAPI, and/or Flask.
Develop and integrate Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
Integrate AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.
Implement agentic AI workflows, tool calling, conversational interfaces, and human-in-the-loop processes.
Integrate applications with SQL/NoSQL databases, enterprise APIs, Databricks, and knowledge repositories.
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS and/or Azure using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement application security, authentication, authorization, monitoring, logging, and error handling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
Troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
Required Skills
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development.
Experience building APIs and backend services using FastAPI and/or Flask.
Front-end development experience using React and TypeScript.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integration, and microservices.
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
Familiarity with AWS or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and application troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience developing Generative AI, LLM-powered, RAG-based, or agentic AI applications.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Experience integrating Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs.
Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
Experience with Databricks or enterprise data platforms.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures.
Exposure to AI governance, application validation, security, and compliance processes.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
