Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Manager role based in Ghaziabad. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching nutrition supplement products to dealers and retailers. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate stock handling, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinating with logistics and sales teams to meet delivery timelines. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, optimizing space utilization, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors. The Warehouse Manager will be accountable for reporting on stock status, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong stock control and inventory control skills to ensure accurate product counts and minimize losses.
Candidates should possess inventory management and operations management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse workflows.
Candidates should possess forklift operation skills and knowledge of safe material handling practices.
Candidates should possess leadership and team management abilities to supervise staff and coordinate daily activities.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse or inventory software systems.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
A relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
