Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the positions of Branch Head and Assistant Branch Head, based in Deoghar Jharkhand. The selected candidates will be responsible for branch operations, managing a team to achieve business targets, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring high service standards. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, implementing growth strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting employee development within the branch.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development: Experience in driving sales performance, developing customer acquisition strategies, and achieving business targets.
Leadership and Team Management: Ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams to meet organizational goals effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring high service standards.
Strategic Planning and Operational Efficiency: Skills in planning, implementing business strategies, and optimizing branch operations for enhanced efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting: Familiarity with compliance standards in the insurance sector and proficiency in operational reporting.
Other Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Relevant Industry Experience: Experience in life insurance, financial services, or related fields is highly desirable.
