Job Description: Oracle EBS Finance Automation Engineer
Experience: 8+ Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS Finance, Playwright, and end-to-end financial process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop reusable automation frameworks for Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 Finance modules.
Automate GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management workflows.
Develop UI automation using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript and Oracle Forms automation using SikuliX, OpenCV, PyAutoGUI, or equivalent tools.
Perform REST/SOAP API automation and validate financial transactions using Oracle SQL and database connectivity tools.
Automate end-to-end finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, payments, and reconciliation.
Integrate automation suites with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
Implement test reporting, failure analysis, and contribute to AI-assisted and self-healing automation solutions.
Collaborate with functional SMEs, developers, and QA teams to improve test coverage and framework reliability.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 and Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience automating Oracle Forms and web/HTML applications.
Strong Oracle SQL and database validation skills.
REST/SOAP API testing and EBS integration knowledge.
Experience building reusable automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of financial processes and troubleshooting across UI, API, and database layers.
Good to Have:
Python/Node.js database connectivity, Allure reporting, Docker, SFTP/XML/CSV integrations, and batch processing.
Experience with financial reconciliation, performance testing, AI-assisted testing, or self-healing automation.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Competencies: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of automation quality
