Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment, intervention, and rehabilitation.
Strong clinical skills in managing Speech and Communication Disorders across age groups.
Knowledge and experience in treating Language Disorders, with the ability to design individualized therapy plans.
Competence in evaluating and managing Dysphagia, including safe swallowing strategies and interventions.
Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution.
Relevant professional licensure or registration, as applicable.
Strong interpersonal, counseling, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Sensitivity to diverse cultural and social backgrounds and commitment to inclusive, ethical practice.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage.
Prior experience in clinical, educational, or community-based settings is preferred.
