Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint and Saviynt.
Configure and support user lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and approval workflows.
Define and maintain privileged access management controls for administrative and high-risk accounts.
Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, and infrastructure services.
Investigate access-related issues, support audit requirements, and improve identity control effectiveness.
Skills Required:
7 - 10 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, and privileged access management.
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint and Saviynt identity governance platforms.
Solid understanding of IAM architecture, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control.
Practical experience with Privileged Access Management concepts, controls, and implementation approaches.
Ability to deliver integrations, configure workflows, troubleshoot platform issues, and support testing and production releases.
Good to Have:
Experience with CyberArk privileged access management solutions.
Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech dual degree in a relevant discipline.
