Junior Web Designer

In this role, the Junior Web Designer will assist in designing and updating company websites and digital assets, ensuring layouts are visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include creating web page mockups, graphics, and visual elements, collaborating with senior designers and developers, and implementing responsive design best practices across devices and browsers. The role involves working closely with marketing and operations teams to translate business requirements into clear, accessible web interfaces and assisting with front-end adjustments to improve usability. The Junior Web Designer will also participate in testing, quality checks, and continuous improvements to the overall digital experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create user-centered, mobile-friendly layouts.
Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to produce high-quality visual assets and web-ready imagery.
Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards for modern websites.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
