Experience in staffing, recruitment services, or HR solutions, with understanding of client hiring processes and workforce planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Solid organizational and analytical skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant experience in business development may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Knowledge of the local Jaipur market and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
