Role Description The Senior Product Manager for Canada will lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of immigration and visa service offerings targeted at applicants interested in Canada. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and features in line with market demand and regulatory changes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and regulatory research, translating client needs into service packages, collaborating with operations, sales, and counseling teams, and monitoring performance metrics such as conversion rates and client satisfaction. The role will coordinate with marketing to position Canada-focused services, refine client journeys, and ensure documentation and processes remain compliant, efficient, and easy to understand. The Senior Product Manager will also mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and support leadership in strategic decision-making for Canada immigration offerings.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in services, consultancy, or immigration-related domains, with a focus on building and managing end-to-end offerings.
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities in Canada immigration and visa services.
Ability to translate client requirements and regulatory information into clear service structures, eligibility frameworks, and client communication materials.
Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with counseling, sales, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to deliver cohesive products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex immigration processes in simple, client-friendly language.
Experience working with or knowledge of Canadian immigration programs, pathways, and documentation requirements is highly beneficial.
Proven track record of using metrics and feedback to improve services, client journeys, and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Law, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
