Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer for Australia Opportunities at Infinite NXT will design, develop, and deploy AI models that support investment analytics, risk assessment, and customer experience features. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining machine learning pipelines, training and evaluating models, implementing pattern recognition algorithms, and optimizing neural network architectures for performance and scalability. The engineer will collaborate with product, data, and software development teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems, improve natural language interfaces, and support ongoing experimentation and A/B testing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Australia, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver AI capabilities aligned with business and user goals.
Qualifications
Strong foundations in Computer Science and software development, with experience in building production-ready AI or ML systems.
Proficiency in pattern recognition and neural networks, including experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), with practical experience in text classification, information extraction, or conversational AI.
Hands-on experience with data processing, model training, evaluation, and optimization using modern ML tools and libraries.
Comfort with programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, and familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in fintech, quantitative analysis, or applied AI for financial applications is an advantage.
