3. JOB DEFINITION
To organize his work station and the service personnel assigned to that station with a view to give fast and friendly service.
4. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To organize train and supervise the restaurant stewards in maintaining high standards of service to guests.
· To inspect table layouts and supervise service on his particular station.
· To develop restaurant sales through setting high standards of service to guests.
· To acquire thorough knowledge understanding of the menu to aid in optimum selling.
· To continually strive to develop and increase restaurant sales.
· To ensure maintenance of service equipment and furniture in the restaurant.
