Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home role focused on revenue generation at Fantastiqo Education Private Limited. The role involves managing and optimizing revenue processes, tracking financial performance, and supporting strategic decisions that drive sustainable growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring payment cycles, analyzing revenue data, preparing basic financial and accounting reports, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The individual will communicate with stakeholders to clarify billing and revenue-related queries, contribute to forecasting and budgeting activities, and maintain accurate documentation of all revenue transactions. This remote role requires consistent collaboration via digital communication tools and adherence to organizational deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Revenue Cycle Management and a solid understanding of revenue generation processes.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Finance and Accounting to manage basic financial records, reconciliations, and reporting.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Relevant experience in education, edtech, or service-based industries is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial or CRM tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
