Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert working with both grownup students and younger kids. The professional will design and deliver structured online lessons in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills tailored to different age groups. Day-to-day tasks include planning lesson content, conducting live interactive sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing individualized feedback and practice activities. The role involves creating engaging learning materials, using digital tools and platforms, and maintaining clear communication with learners and caregivers as needed. The professional will uphold Fantastiqo’s standards for learner engagement, safety, and educational quality while managing schedules and sessions from home.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in phonics, pronunciation, and spoken English instruction for children and adults.
Demonstrated experience in public speaking coaching, including voice modulation, stage presence, and presentation skills.
Ability to design age-appropriate lesson plans, learning activities, and practice exercises for diverse learner profiles.
Proficiency with online teaching tools and virtual classroom platforms, and comfort with video-based instruction from home.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, patient, and encouraging teaching style.
Prior experience teaching or training in schools, coaching centers, or online learning environments is highly beneficial.
Relevant academic background in Education, English, Communication, or related fields; teaching certifications are an advantage.
Reliable internet connection, suitable home workspace, and ability to manage flexible schedules to accommodate different time zones.
