Director of Engineering, Business Systems Technology - Direct Hire - Remote (US)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading education technology organization, is seeking a Director of Business Systems Technology to lead enterprise business systems delivery across ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms. This leader will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across platforms including Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite while helping the organization operationalize processes, standardize delivery practices, and leverage emerging AI technologies to improve efficiency at scale. Experience leveraging AI technologies and automation tools within enterprise environments.
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
