Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Export Executive will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Responsibilities include handling import-export formalities, maintaining accurate shipment records, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with international clients, supporting sales activities related to export markets, and collaborating with internal teams to align pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules. The Export Executive will also monitor market trends and trade requirements to support business growth in global markets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Import Export procedures.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Export operations and International Trade compliance.
Candidates should possess sales-related skills for handling Export Sales and client communication.
Candidates should possess knowledge of global logistics, Incoterms, and basic customs regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or export management software is beneficial.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
