Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The Export Executive will manage day-to-day export activities, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves handling import-export formalities, liaising with customs and regulatory authorities, and maintaining accurate records for shipments and payments. The Export Executive will also support sales efforts in international markets by responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements. Regular communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders is expected to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Import Export operations and International Trade regulations.
Candidates should possess experience in Sales related to export markets and client relationship management.
Relevant skills in logistics coordination, customs clearance, and compliance with trade laws are beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
