Customer Success Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the customer success team at a B2B SaaS company serving the waste and recycling industry. You will help customers adopt AI-driven sales tools, realize ongoing value, and renew their subscriptions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage customer accounts throughout onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Create adoption plans and materials, and monitor product usage and engagement.
- Identify accounts at risk by reviewing usage data and customer feedback, then take steps to support retention.
- Answer product questions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver live training for customer teams.
- Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews to discuss outcomes and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional users, markets, or products.
- Share actionable customer feedback, bug reports, and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
- Keep account records accurate and up to date in the CRM.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to two years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, support, or another customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow-ups reliably.
- Experience using a CRM and interpreting product usage data to assess account health.
- Clear communication skills, including experience delivering live training and leading customer check-ins or business reviews.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving environment and building processes amid ambiguity.
- Experience in waste, logistics, trades, or another blue-collar B2B industry is a plus.
