Coordinator of Volunteers

Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting and administering Enrich Money’s volunteer initiatives and community engagement activities. This role involves recruiting and onboarding volunteers, providing orientation materials, and coordinating schedules and assignments to ensure coverage for events and projects. The coordinator will maintain volunteer records, track participation, and regularly communicate updates, expectations, and feedback to volunteers. Daily tasks include organizing virtual meetings, responding to volunteer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams on community outreach campaigns, and preparing concise reports on volunteer program performance. The role also supports continuous improvement of volunteer processes and helps foster an inclusive, positive volunteer experience aligned with Enrich Money’s mission and values.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Volunteer Management and Volunteer Training skills to effectively recruit, onboard, and support volunteers.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage diverse volunteer groups and build positive relationships.
Candidates should possess experience with Community Outreach and stakeholder engagement to support events, initiatives, and partnerships.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management abilities, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and follow-up.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, use basic office and collaboration tools, and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience coordinating volunteers, community programs, or nonprofit initiatives is beneficial.
Understanding of or interest in financial services, investing, or technology platforms is an advantage.
Relevant education or training in social work, community development, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
