🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement business performance strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities.
Analyze business processes, operational metrics, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), performance targets, and reporting frameworks to measure business effectiveness.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
Collaborate with department heads to assess operational challenges and develop actionable improvement plans.
Monitor business performance against established targets and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct performance reviews and root-cause analyses to identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, and areas of underperformance.
Develop management reports, dashboards, and performance presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Support strategic planning, operational reviews, and business transformation initiatives.
Evaluate existing policies, procedures, and business systems to identify opportunities for standardization and optimization.
Facilitate cross-functional projects designed to improve service quality, cost efficiency, and overall business outcomes.
Track the progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.

✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in business performance management, process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience developing KPIs, performance dashboards, management reports, and improvement plans.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting or data visualization tools.
