🎯 Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks.
Analyze competitor strategies, market positioning, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
Collect, organize, and interpret business, financial, and operational data to identify meaningful insights.
Support the development of business strategies, growth plans, and long-term organizational objectives.
Prepare research reports, analytical summaries, presentations, and recommendations for management.
Evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to support expansion initiatives.
Monitor key business performance indicators and assess progress against strategic objectives.
Conduct feasibility studies and preliminary assessments of new products, services, partnerships, and business initiatives.
Collaborate with strategy, finance, marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather information and support business planning.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes.
Identify business performance gaps and recommend data-supported solutions for improvement.
Maintain research databases, market intelligence resources, and internal analytical documentation.
Track industry developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes relevant to business planning.
Support strategic projects by preparing research findings, evaluating alternatives, and monitoring implementation progress.
Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Research, or a related field.
Experience in business analysis, market research, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role is an advantage.
Strong research capabilities and the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytical tools is an advantage.
Good understanding of market analysis, business performance metrics, and strategic planning principles.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent report-writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple research assignments and meet deadlines.
