We are particularly interested in candidates who have managed complex financial operations, worked with senior executive teams, and developed financial strategies that support sustainable profitability and organizational growth.
This role is intended for a finance leader who combines technical financial expertise with commercial judgment and understands how to translate financial information into practical business decisions.

Ideal Candidate
You are an accomplished finance executive who understands that effective financial leadership requires more than technical accounting knowledge or financial reporting expertise.
Throughout your career, you have been responsible for financial planning, corporate performance, capital management, and decisions that influence an organization's long-term financial position.
You understand how to balance growth opportunities with financial discipline. Before recommending major investments or financial commitments, you evaluate funding requirements, projected returns, cash flow implications, and potential business risks.
You are comfortable reviewing complex financial statements, developing long-term financial forecasts, and presenting financial recommendations to senior executives.
You recognize that profitability and liquidity require different management considerations. A business can demonstrate strong revenue growth while still experiencing pressure on working capital or cash flow, and you know how to identify and address these challenges.
You have experience working with operational leaders to evaluate business costs, improve financial efficiency, and establish realistic financial performance expectations.
You understand how procurement commitments, operating expenses, technology investments, and commercial agreements affect corporate financial performance.
You bring sound judgment to capital allocation decisions and can distinguish between investments that support sustainable growth and expenditures that introduce unnecessary financial risk.
You are also an effective organizational leader. You can develop finance professionals, strengthen reporting practices, establish financial accountability, and create productive relationships across business functions.
You communicate financial information clearly and understand how to help non-financial executives make informed business decisions.
Your leadership approach combines analytical discipline with practical commercial awareness. You are comfortable challenging financial assumptions, recommending corrective actions, and supporting difficult decisions when necessary.
Most importantly, you understand that the finance function should serve as a strategic partner to the business.
