Vice President Operations Development

Role Description The Vice President Operations Development is a full-time remote role responsible for building and optimizing operational frameworks that support Golden Ventures’ sales advising and leadership services. This position will oversee day-to-day operational planning, including designing processes for client onboarding, engagement tracking, and performance reporting. The role includes collaborating with leadership to align operational strategy with financial goals, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination across advisory projects. The VP will analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. This role also involves working closely with founders and internal teams to refine systems, tools, and workflows that support growth across multiple startup engagements.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process design, optimization, and scaling within high-growth or advisory environments.
Experience in Finance and Business Planning, with the ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics that guide decision-making.
Proven track record in Sales and Business Development, ideally supporting or leading go-to-market efforts for B2B or startup organizations.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in remote settings, managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Background in startup, venture, consulting, or professional services environments is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
