Affiliate Business Development Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, Digital Sales, Content Marketing, or KOL agencies.
Mandatory skills:
New partner acquisition and business development (hunter profile).
Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing new partnerships.
Knowledge of social media, content creators, KOL agencies, and affiliate marketing.
Ability to analyse market data and partner performance.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
Southeast Asian market exposure is preferred.
Nice-to-have skills:
Existing network of KOLs, content creators, or affiliate partners in Southeast Asia.
Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection
