Role – Scrum Master
Location: Pune
Experience: 5+ Years
Mandatory: 2–3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in Mobile Application Development
Certification: CSM or PSM I/II (Mandatory)
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum framework and best practices.
Experience managing mobile applications, web-based products, or digital platforms.
Hands-on experience with Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
.Experience tracking Agile metrics, removing impediments, and managing dependencies.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in end-to-end project delivery and coaching teams on Agile practices.
Good understanding of AI-driven solutions, tools, or products.
SAFe, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification will be an added advantage.
