Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Role Description The Organizational Effectiveness Manager will work part-time in a remote capacity to enhance the efficiency and alignment of programs, processes, and people across مركز حلال العالمي للتدريب. The manager will coordinate and oversee key initiatives, collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams, and ensure that organizational changes are well-communicated and effectively implemented. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance data, recommending interventions to improve employee engagement and productivity, managing projects and programs related to organizational development, and preparing clear reports and presentations for stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining documentation, monitoring progress against objectives, and continuously refining organizational practices based on feedback and measurable outcomes.

Candidates should possess skills in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management to assess structures, analyze data, and recommend targeted improvements.
Candidates should possess skills in Program Management and Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that support organizational goals.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Engagement to design and support practices that strengthen motivation, collaboration, and retention.
Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time setting and managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in project or program management are an advantage.
Experience in training, consulting, or organizational development environments, ideally within values-driven or standards-based organizations, is beneficial.
