Series Host

Role Overview: We are launching a YouTube series for teenagers in which a young host picks up a brand-new skill, like embroidery, and learns it using Kazivu's tools, documenting the whole journey honestly, including the parts that don't work. We are looking for a curious and camera-friendly host to work directly with the Founder on a 4-episode pilot season. No social media following is needed: the series lives on Kazivu's channel, and you will be its face and voice. If you enjoy learning new things, can be honest about your struggles, and want to help build a brand from the ground up, this role may have a lot to offer you.
Our YouTube channel is new and still small. We are not after viral numbers; we want to build honest content that teenagers can trust. As our first host, you would be part of building the channel from the very beginning.
Nature of Work: You will get the opportunity to work in:
Learning a new skill: Pick up one brand-new skill over the season, applying Kazivu's focus and planning tools to yourself.
Documenting the journey: Film your progress at home, including attempts, setbacks, and small wins, and share honest reflections on what helped and what didn't.
Storytelling: Shape the story and concept of each episode together with the Founder.
Required Knowledge and Skills: You need to be comfortable speaking on camera; being natural matters more than being polished. You need to be able to film clear, steady footage on your phone. You need to be reliable, since episodes go out on a fixed weekly schedule.
Required Mindset: If you are naturally curious, happy to look like a beginner, and excited by the idea of showing teenagers what real learning looks like, you'd be a great fit.
Required Experience: Ideally 18 to 20 years old and in your first or second year of college. No prior on-camera or creator experience is required. Students of mass communication or media are welcome, but any background totally counts.
Commitment: A 4-episode pilot season over about 5 to 6 weeks, around 4 to 6 hours a week. Fully remote and filmed at home.

Compensation: ₹4,000 for the full pilot season (4 episodes).
