Job Description - Project Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Sales professional to drive our B2B sales by approaching and building relationships with real estate developers and builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and develop strong business relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, and contractors.
- Pitch and promote Timex Doors for their upcoming and ongoing projects.
- Generate new project leads and convert them into business.
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical support, and timely execution.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in the region.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales.
- Must have experience in Building Material industry - Doors, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Windows, etc.
- Strong network with builders and developers in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
