About the Role
We are seeking skilled Graphic Designers for a remote contractor role supporting an AI training project. The position involves creating, reviewing, and improving visual assets using professional design expertise. Designers will produce high-quality graphics, evaluate creative outputs, and provide actionable feedback to improve visual quality and effectiveness. Previous AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Create digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts in accordance with project guidelines.
Review existing designs and recommend improvements.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure visual quality across creative assets.
Document design decisions and creative processes.
Collaborate with project teams and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
Refine visual assets to improve clarity, usability, and overall impact.
Organize design files to support efficient project handoffs.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent design tools.
A portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of visual storytelling, design principles, and current design trends.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage multiple projects.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
