We are looking for an Agent, Guest Service Center to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will be part of our Guest Service Center team, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will contribute to the high standards of hospitality that define Costa Navarino, working in a dynamic and professional environment where every interaction matters.
Responsibilities
Handle and record guest requests received via phone, WhatsApp, the Marriott Bonvoy app and email, ensuring timely and attentive service.
Manage wake-up calls, call screening, call forwarding and conference calls in a professional manner.
Take and accurately enter in-room dining orders, maintaining a strong knowledge of the menu.
Provide guests with information and assist in arranging personalized itineraries, excursions and transportation.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and any issues are resolved promptly.
Follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been resolved and their expectations have been met.
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant hospitality experience. A degree in Hospitality or a related field will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to respond to guest needs efficiently and professionally
