Hiring: Internationalisation Architect (I18N/L10N)

We are looking for an experienced Internationalisation Architect with strong expertise in I18N/L10N architecture, global financial processes, accounting, taxation, and country-specific localization requirements.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting global operations across multiple countries, with a strong understanding of international transaction processing and intercompany accounting.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Design and implement Internationalisation (I18N) and Localisation (L10N) architecture for global business operations.
Possess strong knowledge of international taxation, accounting, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate global customer-handling experience and specify all countries supported or worked on.
Understand core functionalities such as IPV, PPV, and intercompany processes.
Have expertise in accounting, transaction processing, and intra-company/intercompany operations.
Understand country-specific localization requirements, including e-Invoicing, Withholding Tax (WHT), and other local compliance requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge of costing and cost accounting principles.
Understand Primary, Secondary, and Reporting Books functionality and their application in global accounting.
Have strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) treatment in transaction processing.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure financial systems support multi-country operations and localization needs.
Candidate Requirements
10–15 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong expertise in I18N/L10N architecture and global financial processes.
Experience working with multiple countries and international customers.
Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, transaction processing, and localization requirements.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 30 days are preferred.
Work Location: Brookfield, Bangalore – candidates will work directly from the client location.
