We are looking for an Agent, Tennis Reception to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
Responsibilities
Manage guest bookings for tennis facilities, accommodation, court fees and shop purchases, following Tennis Center procedures.
Deliver attentive, professional service, responding promptly to guest needs and requests.
Follow Tennis Center opening and closing procedures.
Provide accurate information about facilities, services and programs.
Support the Operations team in maintaining the Tennis Center’s high standards of service and excellence.
Handle payments, bookings, cancellations and basic administrative tasks using POS systems.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
A degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
At least 1 year of experience in reception, hospitality or a sports club.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong guest-service mindset.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships.
Fluency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
Professional, approachable and patient attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests of all ages and colleagues.
Ability to handle guest complaints and challenging situations professionally in a busy environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
First Aid certification and basic knowledge of tennis are advantages.
