We are looking for a Babysitter, Kids Activities to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will provide safe, attentive and engaging care for children aged 4 months to 12 years. You will create a positive and enjoyable experience through age-appropriate care and activities, following parents’ instructions and the Resort’s Health & Safety standards.
Responsibilities
Communicate with the Kids Club Team Leaders and Childcare Manager regarding guest requests and service requirements.
Communicate with parents and follow instructions regarding children’s routines, meals, allergies and other needs.
Provide attentive childcare, supervision and age-appropriate activities.
Ensure the health and safety of children and guests at all times.
Provide updates and feedback to parents regarding the children’s experience.
Use WhatsApp or Viber to communicate with guests when required.
Attend required training and follow all Health & Safety rules, Hotel Policies, SOPs and Brand Standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in babysitting, childcare, nurseries, schools or children’s activities will be considered an advantage.
Childcare qualification from a university, IEK or recognized training institution will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of children’s daily care, including meals, hygiene and basic routines.
Good command of spoken and written Greek and English, with strong communication and telephone skills.
Creative and caring approach, with the ability to organize fun and age-appropriate activities.
Guest-focused and responsible, with a strong commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing.
Team-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
