Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end IT recruitment for entry, middle & senior-level positions
Candidate sourcing through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other platforms
Resume screening, shortlisting & interview coordination
Day-to-day HR & office administration
Assist in HR policy formulation and implementation
Maintain HR records and recruitment databases
Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS, ATS and other HR tools preferred
Candidate Profile:
MBA/PG in HR or relevant qualification
3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment/HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
Proactive, organized and able to work independently
