About the Opportunity:
The SAP SUPPORT SPECIALIST role is designed to provide first-line technical assistance for SAP and related enterprise applications. This position is essential for ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering high-quality customer service to end users. By supporting SAP system operations and collaborating with business stakeholders, the specialist plays a critical role in maintaining optimal system performance and enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules.
Manage SAP User Management tasks including user access and role assistance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
Monitor system performance and perform maintenance activities.
Document support actions, system updates, and create user guides.
Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new features.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience supporting SAP ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Active Secret Clearance.
U.S. Citizenship.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
