About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (ATHENA) will lead the end-to-end member experience of Athena, the system that processes and manages vulnerability reports at enterprise scale. This role is responsible for defining strategy and driving the product roadmap across multiple teams to ensure a cohesive and scalable workflow from vulnerability intake through remediation and communication. The position requires deep technical understanding and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts, contributing directly to enhancing software supply chain security for enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
Own the overall Athena member workflow and strategy, including intake, validation, remediation, and delivery of patches and advisories.
Serve as the primary product representative internally and externally, communicating scope and capabilities.
Transform customer feedback and field input into a prioritized product backlog.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, remediation, documentation, and customer success teams.
Define and report key member experience metrics, identify risks, and mentor product peers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years product management experience with technical B2B products serving enterprise customers, preferably in regulated industries such as financial services.
Fluency in software supply chain security concepts including CVEs, OSV, VEX, SBOMs, provenance, and vulnerability disclosure.
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams without direct authority.
Strong judgment in balancing customer needs, disclosure timelines, technical constraints, and business priorities.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Base salary range $205,000—$231,000 USD.
