Role Description This full-time remote Management Consultant role focuses on helping clients optimize how they use Taxcart’s solutions to improve tax compliance, financial operations, and overall business processes. The Management Consultant will analyze client workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable process improvements aligned with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include conducting client assessments, leading discovery sessions, preparing recommendations and implementation plans, and collaborating with product and technical teams to support solution configuration. The role also involves developing best practices, providing ongoing advisory support, and creating client-facing documentation and presentations that communicate complex tax and process concepts in clear, practical terms.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, process metrics, and performance trends
Experience in management consulting or consulting, with a focus on operational improvement or technology-enabled solutions
Knowledge of finance, tax, or accounting practices and their impact on business operations
Background in business process analysis, design, and optimization
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing multiple client projects and deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, MBA, consulting certifications) is a plus
Experience with SaaS products, ERP systems, or tax automation tools is highly beneficial
